Complement your existing home decor and emphasize your family's personality with a handcrafted wooden sign! Made with the highest quality materials (red oak lumber, durable and long lasting wood stain, and a coat of varnish to protect) alongside personal touches from a woodworking creative artist. It can be hung as wall art or set on a shelf or side table. Your package will include the wooden sign itself and a way to hang it. It will either come with 3M command velcro strips (if it is a light enough sign) or a hanger on the back.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping costs are estimated through USPS Priority Mail. If there is no real-time estimate, the flat rate for shipping is $5.00. Please note that these calculations serve the purpose of an estimate. The Urban Oak studio can choose to use a different shipping service other than USPS. We will make sure that the final cost and delivery is as close to the estimate as possible.
If you live in the Los Angeles proper area, you may pick up your order for free. Please email becca@theurbanoakstudio.com to confirm your address and you will receive a coupon code for free shipping. We will coordinate a time to pick up your order when it’s ready.
* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The Urban Oak studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
The Urban Oak studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

We gladly take custom orders! While we love Los Angeles, we understand that not everyone will have a special tie to it like we do.
