A handcrafted fusion of urban and rustic

Appealing to her rural roots, Becca Stone marries her knowledge of woodworking with her love of calligraphy. The Urban Oak studio supports other small or local businesses dedicated to sustainability from buying materials to printing business cards. She uses all-natural products when staining and sealing each wood sign. Every product is handcrafted by her from start to sale. For her, hospitality isn't created by what you hang on your wall, rather, home decor complements the welcoming environment you've already established in your home.

When she's not creating home decor or hand-lettering, she's hiking, watching indie rom coms, playing Dungeons and Dragons, or eating at a good Los Angeles restaurant. She currently resides in the Koreatown neighborhood with her husband Sage, their Golden Retriever, Mando, their nine houseplants.
