Wooden Sign Custom Order - Oakwood
We love custom orders! It's a deeper level of cultivating a welcoming atmosphere in your home. Whether it's a word or phrase, your child's name, or your family name (or something completely different), we'd love to work with you to build a special wooden sign. Our custom sizes include small, medium, square, and large (not pictured).

REFUND & RETURN POLICY
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR CUSTOM ORDERS
Due to the unique nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom orders as it would be difficult to resell the product. We will ensure that your custom order is up to your standards and expectations before we begin building your product. To ease this process, please be specific and communicate your vision while we work with you in the designing.
SHIPPING POLICIES
Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Urban Oak studio. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping costs are estimated through USPS Priority Mail. If there is no real-time estimate, the flat rate for shipping is $5.00. Please note that these calculations serve the purpose of an estimate. The Urban Oak studio can choose to use a different shipping service other than USPS. We will make sure that the final cost and delivery is as close to the estimate as possible.
If you live in the Los Angeles proper area, you may pick up your order for free. Please email becca@theurbanoakstudio.com to confirm your address and you will receive a coupon code for free shipping. We will coordinate a time to pick up your order when it’s ready.
* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The Urban Oak studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
The Urban Oak studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
